Seaway Maritime Services Co., Ltd (Seaway Academy) is an approved Training Center for the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry located in Bangkok, Thailand. Seaway Academy's STCW / IMO compliant courses are approved by Bahamas, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Vanuatu, and also accepted by the Panama Maritime Authority. Although the Panama Maritime Authority issues CoC licenses for MOU's they do not regulate training for MOU's, therefore they accept certificates issued by Seaway Academy for transfer to a PMA CoC license.

Seaway Academy certificates are recognized world-wide and are accepted for transfer to a CoC license for; Bahamas, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Vanuatu, Panama as well as other Countries on the Maritime White List of Countries who issue MODU licenses. Courses are approved for Classroom Training, Virtual Online Training and as Self-Study Tutor Assisted (eLearning).

The certificates issued will also comply with regulations in the United Kingdom and Canada; US Coast Guard (USCG) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO). These courses are suitable for all MOU personnel involved in stability calculations, including self-elevating platforms (Jack-Ups).
