Seaway Maritime Services Co., Ltd (Seaway Academy) is a Flag-state approved Training Center for the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry located in Khon Kaen, Thailand. Seaway Academy's STCW / IMO compliant courses are approved by multiple Maritime Authorities.

• Comprehensive Stability (OIM, Barge Supervisor, Ballast Control Operator) / 5-day course​​

• Offshore Installation Manger (OIM) / 4-day course​​

• Comprehensive Stability Re-certification / Refresher for BCO​

Seaway Academy certificates are recognized world-wide and are accepted for transfer to a CoC license for; Bahamas, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Panama, Vanuatu, as well as other Countries on the Maritime White List of Countries who issue MODU licenses. Courses are approved for Classroom Training, Virtual Online Training and as Self-Study Tutor Assisted (eLearning).

The certificates issued will also comply with regulations in the United Kingdom and Canada; US Coast Guard (USCG) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO). These courses are suitable for all MOU personnel involved in stability calculations, including self-elevating platforms (Jack-Ups).
